Mexican Association of Maritime Tugboat Owners, A.C.

ASOMAR brings together all companies dedicated to port tug services in Mexico, serving as the sector’s interlocutor with maritime and port authorities.

To represent the port tug sector, and to promote regulatory conditions that support the development of the merchant marine and the competitiveness of Mexican ports.

To be the technical and industry voice of port tug operations in Mexico, recognized for driving modern standards in support of safety and innovation in ports.

ASOMAR participates in the AMANAC Congress in Veracruz

This year, ASOMAR took part in the Congress of the Mexican Association of Shipping Agents (AMANAC), held in the Port of Veracruz, one of the country’s main gathering points for the maritime-port sector.

The Association’s presence at this forum reaffirms its commitment to promoting safe and efficient operations in Mexican ports, as well as ongoing dialogue among tugboat owners, shipping agents, and authorities.

Through spaces like this, ASOMAR strengthens its institutional ties and contributes to the development of a more coordinated and competitive maritime community.
